Burundi

Coming to us from this landlocked east African country, we love the crisp acidity and syrupy sweetness of this coffee. Coffee farmers deliver their coffee cherry to local washing stations where the coffee is pulped, fermented and dried on raised beds. Burundi is relatively new to the specialty coffee market, but has quickly become known for exceptional quality.
