We are drawn to the unique sweetness, ripe fruit notes and uniformity of this coffee. This coffee is grown on very small family farms called “gardens”. Farmers deliver coffee cherry to Kindeng mill where it is dried on raised beds and then milled for export. Papua New Guinea has unique logistical challenges, but when the stars align, the quality is exceptional and makes for an exciting cup of coffee.
